Sarah Jordan, LCPC
Sarah holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling as well as in Sport and Exercise Psychology. Sarah has been working in the mental health field since 2004 working in Arizona, Washington and Idaho. She became a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in 2016 when she moved to the Treasure Valley.
Sarah has experience working with alcohol and drug addiction recovery, with families struggling with attachment issues in relation to adoption, foster care and relinquishment trauma. She also has experience working with individuals and families struggling with depression, anxiety, AD(H)D, Autism Spectrum disorders and with athletes and sport teams. She has worked with children, teenagers, and adults providing talk therapy, EMDR, sandtray therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, family counseling and biofeedback/neurofeedback.
Sarah has a person-centered approach to therapy that focuses on discovering and applying character strengths and virtues to overcome difficulties.
